Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, complete with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping (AUSPOST/Sendle): 2-6 business days - $0.00 AUD flat rate

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $20.00 AUD flat rate

FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders. 

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne, VIC 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders under $200.00 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of $25.00 AUD

Orders of $200.00 AUD or more qualify for FREE International Shipping

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey through the carrier's website.
